I'm so confused....I THINK that's what I'm seeing - someone took a 1945 and made it into a 1915 and the seller is selling it as a 1915.....

I think you're right, Drew. It's kinda hard to tell for sure because you can't zoom in on the numbers but that looks like a serif on the 1 and there shouldn't be one.

Sure looks altered to me. I can't make out the VDB on the obverse but most likely due to poor photos. The 1 on the date is in the wrong place for it to be original.

100% altered, it doesn't even look like a 1915. I can tell it's a 40's era coin just by overall look.
