Just got this. Seller seemed to have forgotten that the S beneath the date meant something important.

I say MS-63 RB is completely reasonable. What thinketh thou?

I think you are right on target with MS63RB. That is a really nice looking example of a pretty tough date in that condition.

Spitting in the direction of a 64, but 63 RB is safe. Appears uncleaned, which, by itself, is fairly rare for an early S.
