Hi Canadian coin people! Coming from classic US coins to modern Canadians is like a foreign country for me. (Come to think of it Canada actually is a foreign country for me )

But my brother who lives in Toronto asked me to give a value for this cent which I have no idea how to even begin grading. Can you help out with a grade for it?

For grade, I'd say somewhere in the F12 range. As for value, you wouldn't be able to get enough out of it to cover the trouble of selling it. $0.50 is my guess

Living near the border while growing up, I was amazed as a young kid when I found out people considered Canada a "foreign country." I still have to remind myself of this. Canada is just another type of "home" to me.
