Is it the lighting and what color would you call it? Also, is it in a flip, because there doesn't seem to be much relief across the devices. This could be due to a very bad strike or some other reason. For example, the VDB is barely discernible in the picture, and a little off center. I guess I have more questions than answers. This leads me to an ambiguous WAG of MS-60(ish). Report this Post to the Staff

It is not the lighting that makes it look washed out - that's the way it is. Color? it is a bit more lustrous than the picture but the corrosion by the last "S" in "States" on the reverse is more noticeable. It is not in a flip.
