It looks like a choice MS piece in the images. Would be a strong 63 or 64 IMO.

First let me state that I am not an expert on Morgan dollar varieties... The dots between E PLURIBUS UNUM should be round. Are the dots on your coin perfectly round? Is that die scratch actually on your coin? The mouth of lady liberty on your coin and the genuine coin look different to me. From what general source did you acquire this coin?
