I don't remember seeing a Liberty head nickel error.
I have seen varieties like repunched.
Would like to see more coins like the one posted

Below is an 1899 struck on a foreign planchet. Much lighter and thinner than normal nickel.

Here is another one from my collection. It's dated 1900 and is thin and light and weighs similar to the previous post. Not sure what foreign planchet they were struck on. I don't have the weights handy.
