It's not a repeater, but it's a cool SN regardless.

Unfortunately the condition is pretty rough, so I'd say it's a spender.

Pretty rough? Most of the people who put the Where's George stamp on their bills that only enter the ones in good shape would probably enter that one. As for me, I enter everything unless it had a SN like that or I need for my collection, so many of my bills entered are in pretty bad condition.

Interesting find, but probably will never fetch a premium, especially in this condition.

According to the "powers that be" it is not a fancy serial number but IMO it is a double repeater and I would hold it (even thought it's condition is rough). Cool S/N in my book.

I would say keep it.

You're only holding on to $1 which in 12 months from now will unfortunately have the buying power of 80¢

Where is a Site that gives all the Descriptions and Sample Pictures on the Different Serial Number variations- ? Repeater--Ladder- Radar - No Cigar. Thanks goldnugget
