All is clear now...Thanks bosox.. CV that would now make 2 quad 9's at this point. Here's my distinct quad 9..and a minor multiple 9..MS 64 R & B.. Who knows what else is lurking out there..in quads and quints..? I wonder if the OP's is one of these examples..? . .

Sam, Check reverse G2 on Dr. Haxby's website and see if that matches your reverse. Your photo is still pretty blurry, but it looks like it might be that reverse. The G2 has some repunching on the 9 also. Does your obverse have a die crack at the top of the R of REGINA. If so, it is probably obverse 31a.
There will be a photo of the stem to leaf 9 (the leaf at the bottom) on the page showing the details of the G2 reverse. Compare that photo to your coin's stem to leaf 9 and see if they match. That will be a good indicator if you have reverse G2.

yes it does have a die crack on the top of r in Regina My question was if it was a tp1 so I guessing it not?

It would not be the TP1 if it is Die pair 31a+G2, but it is a nice double punched 9 variety. Good find! The TP1 would be Haxby die pair 65a+P4.
