Uncirc to start with, rims totally intact, no rub on the high points, pointed leaves variety. Lustre? Is there any?

Without having it in hand, I'd guess somewhere in the 66+ area, depending on who grades it. It looks absolutely fabulous, like a proof strike.

I'm looking at a couple of MS65 Edwards and your coin is as nice or nicer. I think the slice on the beard would show up but the chatter on the reverse would not show in hand.
I'll say MS65 ICCS
The fields and the eye appeal may get you a higher grade down south

This looks MS64 to me, the reverse is really dinged up for a 5 cent. I have the exact same coin in ICCS 64 and it looks pretty much the same as this, infact I'd say the reverse on my is far better, it is however a 2 letter cert. Even on the obverse I'm seeing some markes in front and behind him I'm sure would show up if you were just rolling around in light fairly easily. There are also plenty of hits on his beard, face and ear. I think this photograph really softens alot of these marks.

I was thinking MS64 as well because of the light scratches but the solid rims could play in its favor. I don't think MS65-66 unless as AGHoarder mentioned sending it south for grading but I have been surprised before by ICCS. Thanks for all your opinions, appreciated.

I don't think it would make 65 at NGC or PCGS, but I think it would easily at ICCS. Super example!

Looks like a 64 to me.

ICCS is very tough on these, mainly because of the size being small.

I see a few marks in the field which will hold it back from a 65.

I agree with the others at MS-64
Too many bag marks in the reverse fields to make it any higher IMO.

It's a well struck coin but the gouge in the beard and the reverse chatter bring it down to MS63.
Nice coin nonetheless.

I'd say a 64 as well. That Edward is struck nicely!
