Looks like MD to me. Can you post pics of the rest of the coin to include close on the IGWT and liberty?

Could be MD but I think just plating problems - I've seen many Zincolns like that. It's always the date or MM for some reason but anyway nothing of value.

See how the doubling always goes towards the rim? When you see that on a coin like this it is Die Deterioration from over using the dies. The metal flowing across the dies over time will erode the metal, just like water erodes the Earth. When a coin is struck, the metal flows outward towards the rim, that is why the doubling goes in that direction also.
It is common and does not carry a premium. Worth one cent.

I agree with CWB on this one. On the LIBERTY it might show the opposite effect on the left side of the devices and on the motto, on the tops of the devices in the direction to the closest rim.
