1960 D Lincoln, Rotated Date !?

I come across this coin and the date looked weird to me,But I thought it was the darker lines across the field that was throwing my eyes off. SO I made a few straight lines after rotating it. To me it sure looks like the date is rotated. But is this possible? Or are the meds finally kicking in! LOL!

I can't tell for sure from the images posted, but that looks like an RPM.
Can you give us a close up of the date & mint mark?

I don't see an RPM. I think you have a normal coin.

All the dies are made from a master dies to a Master Hub to a Working hub to a working die. So if one is that way, all will be that way. it must be the design for the large date 1960 cents from both mints.

I do appreciate it all.Pete2226 gave a lead that basically called this coin out for having a weird date . But I do thank you all. I still can't understand why the mint would let a design go through that is crooked!
