I went to one of my local BofAs this morning and was going to buy $30 of nickels... I decided to up it to $40 when I discovered that the teller had $36 in CWR... good thing I did that... almost all of the rolls were the generic blue striped rolls, but one was an old style dark blue roll... I threw it open, yelled "YEAH!" and clapped my hands! My tally: 30 Buffalo nickels including 1920(3), 1925(2), 1925-D, 1926(2), 1927, 1934, 1935-S, and 19 dateless, but I am "pickling" them now.. 4 V nickels - 1901, 1902, 1911, 1912-D 3 Proof Jefferson nickels - 1972-S, 1976-S, 1982-S 1 each 1959-D, 1990-D and 2005-D (Bison) Needless to say, I went back, but those were the only CWR they had at the branch. wow, what a great find, and very interesting assortment of nickels to put into a roll. Definitely got me scratching my head as to what could lead up to this roll being at the bank all by itself. No matter how, lucky you!

No idea how it happened... the assortment indeed is interesting. Bizarre thing was my planned monthly trip to my local coin shop was also today... I was all stoked to tell them about my 5 Buffalo roll from earlier in the week and my 1970-S Small Date cent from last week... little did I know this was lurking! Outstanding CRH finds indeed ... wish I had such luck. That said ... would appreciate if you edit this post to remove the 'all caps' title ... that is distracting to many of us. I'm truly happy for your finds ... and indeed supportive of your enthusiastic way of sharing them with us. David

Unfortunately your gain is someone's loss. Nothing you can do, I would be just as happy, and at least they are in a good home now.
