Looks like a MAD. Mis aligned die. Does not add any value.

Other than slight MAD I'm not seeing anything else strange.

Hard to follow the depth perception in the images. The reverse design rim seems to follow one path between 7:00 and 5:00. After that appears the outer rim portion seems flatten like possibly encased at one time. Thanks, Doug.

edit: The added obverse images show it was flattened as well.

I see what looks like a RR Rim but I am by no means an error expert.

to CCF. The picture is not good, but I believe you might have a Trail Die. I don't know what's going on with the rim. Hopefully Coop will stop by, he's our expert.

I have several like this and would also like to see what coop says about it. It's like it doesn't really have a raised rim at all.

That is what it is, a former Encased Cent. Weird, at first my eyes couldn't spot the flatness of the rim until the last image. Sometimes it is a struggle with some images to see what is incuse and what is raised. Sometimes it takes a while to see the difference. But there is a lesson here. If you have an Encased Cent regardless how nice the coin looks, leave it in the holder. Once removed, all you have is a damaged coin. It is worth more in the holder than removed.
