I'm coin roll hunting and want to know if there are other locations where I could purchase coin rolls from beside from the local banks?

To rewrap, try staples.com, unless you need to wrap half dollars.

If you are referring to the paper rolls you get from the bank, I purchased them on Amazon. I coin roll hunt nickels and I purchased a box of 1000 rolls for $18.99 which works out to about 2 cents a roll. The rolls I purchased were preformed (tube-shaped with one end open). I like these better than the flat rolls you typically get at the bank. Just type in "coin rolls" in the Amazon search box and you will get a lot of options to pick from. PS: I used these rolls for several months until I found a bank with a coin sorting machine. I'm using that now. If the bank ever gets rid of their machine, then I'm back to the rolls.

I haven't paid for an empty roll in nearly 30 yrs. Your bank could hook you up, IF they wanted to.

Just be resourceful. Try liquidation outlets dollar stores garage sales...
My best deal on rolls was at an auction where the business was closing. I was actually there for the lumber and some tools but there was a pallet of junk.. nobody was bidding on... I said $1 and it was mine.... in the pallet was two boxes of coin rolls and the rest of the junk I just took to the scrapper and got $8 for!

Just go in different banks that your not a member of and ask for wrappers. I highly doubt they will ask if you have an account.

I've never paid for a coin roll wrapper in my entire life... one of my BofA branches has an area towards the exit with ones for cents, nickels, dimes, and quarters... I just pick those up when needed. I rarely do need them though as I usually put them back in the same wrapper I got them in (even the MWRs) and put my initials on them.
CRH Nickeloholic. 1,600,000 nickels searched in eight years! Have found FOUR complete Jefferson sets!

Unless your bank uses the plastic rollers, you should be able to re-roll in whatever you got the coins in. Most banks will have free paper rollers to give out as well. Or you can try to find a bank that has a counting machine that doesn't charge customers a fee. You then bring you ticket and deposit it into your account. If you're talking about full rolls of coins to hunt through, your bank is your best bet. Don't pay more than face value for CRH rolls. And NEVER, NEVER buy an "unsearched" roll on ebay. NEVER.

Have you checked with your bank? Most will give you at least a few. Sometimes there are decent deals on ebay or Amazon.

When coin roll hunting halves my bank told me not to roll my coins before returning them. They said they would have to break them open and run them through the counting machine anyway... so make sure you have to wrap them.

I read the question in that the OP might be asking "where besides banks would I get rolls of coins?", not where do I get wraps to re-roll my coins.
I don't CRH, so I don't know the answer, should that be the question. Just pointing out that I read it as a different question than everyone else read it.

I do what tnt does; buy wrappers on-line. I think I get them for quite a bit less though (it's been a while) and I get free shipping. I pay less than a cent per wrapper. On Earle's comment, some banks may prefer you to use their coin counter or for larger denominations, return them unwrapped. However, nickels, dimes, and cents probably need to be rolled in order for them to count quickly.
Re-rolling in MWR wrappers: it can be done, but the banks I deal with aren't enthused by it. Largely because its harder to move those rolls (giving out to customers) and handling can be an issue (usually weaker after being opened). So know your banks desires on that.
My opinion: we are lucky that banks allow us to do our thing, so we need to be considerate of their needs and policies. And for the privilege of being able to buy/return boxes, I feel the investment into new, clean wrappers to facilitate easier handoffs is the least I can do. I don't get charged to buy/return boxes (although I keep a tidy sum in their bank), but if I were charged, I'd probably hang up the pastime. So spending a fraction of a cent per roll...seems like good business to me and it doesn't break the bank.

Angelavrc: think you confused these folks, I take it you're looking for sources of CRH...? w/ Druu, stay away from "eww-boy", way too chancy, too many schmucks. The banks are probably your best bet, as long as they receive their coins from a central distributing/rolling facility (think Brinks, etc.). I've found some banks that roll their own, seldom, is cheaper to get from Brinks...Most banks that take in customer rolled coins will either not issue them out (shortchanged) or luck is not good. My bank has no qualms getting (ordering) boxes for me, will give me as many wrappers I want, but WON'T take in my wrapped rolls at all, go figure! Now I have had some good fortune, (35% failure) on buying rolls from online auctions, its the chance you take when playing that game. Bought large mason jar, supposed to be "60's & 70's mixed BU cents...wound up with 19 rolls of 1963P's...need any?

Seeing how I will never again use banks, my suggestion would be to join a credit union, where you become part owner and there are no greedy fees. MIne has a wonderfully fast LaRue counter. They also let me by bags off the machine.
When I listen to LED ZEPPELIN...so do my neighbors... Roll hunting since '77 Dirt fishing since '72
