I'm thinking there is also the possibility of plating issues, die crack and Feeder Finger Damage. What about this part of it:
In Memory of Crazyb0 12-26-1951 to 7-27-2020 In Memory of Tootallious 3-31-1964 to 4-15-2020 In Memory of T-BOP 10-12-1949 to 1-19-2024

It is a die clash but not the Y. It is the back of Lincolns jacket. John1

, I believe the Y would be further North and to the West.

I agree with spruett. It just doesn't match the overlay: http://www.maddieclashes.com/one-cent-overlays/And if it was the jacket like john suggested, it would be a curved line reaching all the way to the pillar. Also looked odd to me that there aren't any other features transferred by a clash.

And in the bay previous the one shown in my pic. Thanks for the overlay coop. So I guess this's would be a worn or over-polished die or something as mentioned in the previous posts .

I think you're in the wrong bay now. Y of LIBERTY is in the third bay, and the collar is in the fourth. I don't want to pile on, but another reason that it can't be the Y is because it is raised. Upon clashing, the raised Y should be formed on the reverse die, so when a coin is minted post-clash, the imprint of the Y should be incuse. I don't think either of them are die clashes, or polished dies post-clash. In the polishing process, some shallower features are removed. I recently posted a 1971 JFK half that was minted post polishing -- the bridge of his nose was polished off, and the clash marks are very faint on the reverse. I can link to it as an example if you'd like.

The lines on your first coin looks more like die scratches. They may have tried to polish out the previous clashes.
