I just received this 1941-S Walking Liberty half dollar in the mail. I won it in an ebay auction where it was listed as BU. While I don't see any strong evidence of rub, and the coin has nice luster, Liberty's leg and the eagle's leg seem weakly struck. I'm not sure if it's strike or wear and I don't know if the 1941-S is known for being weakly struck. Sorry for the photos, but I had to take them in the seller's holder in case I decide to return it. I see some light scratches in the right obverse field. The obverse fields and devices, especially the skirt, seem busy with chatter from small hits. It could also be abrasion from light rub with an abrasive, but I cannot be sure. Some small marks in other fields. Lots of attractive luster. Based on what I see I am at MS63.

AU-58 - there is a slight dullness from wear on the breastplate and the eagle's chest.

I also see this coin as MS. I have it at MS63. would need better pics to be certain but I'm not seeing any signs of circulation

Thanks for the responses so far. I paid $40 for it so with the majority of folks thinking it's a weakly struck MS coin I think I will keep it.
It's hard to tell under 10X magnification if the spot of the left breastplate is wear or just a flat strike.
Once again, I appreciate the help from my fellow CCF members.

From your pics the coin is not Brilliant Uncirculated. It's and AU slider.

AU-55 details, cleaned. The bright surface with no frosty cartwheel luster tells me it was cleaned with baking soda and water.
