Slightly baggy on the cheek.
I'd say MS-62, maybe -63.
BUT
What really bothers me is the lack of toning around the devices.
That hints at being dipped (cleaned).
The lines in the field behind Liberty appear to from the Mint, not abrasively cleaned.
I base that opinion on the fact that they go right up to the devices.

My initial thought was that it has been cleaned due to observable scratches on the obverse but defer as I'm fairly new to this.

The coin actually looks really good in hand, but the picures somehow bring out the worst of it. If lightning permits, I will post some additional close ups tomorrow.
