Yes, the young Victoria obverse is by far my favorite of all obverse designs (followed by George V). That specimen is insane!

There are more than four of these out there. My guess is about ten. I have three of them, in 64, 62, and 62. Two are in correctly attributed PCGS holders as PC-7 patterns. One is in a PCGS holder as a bronze cent, but is really a copper nickel PC-7. I used photos of my SP64 on the cover of my 1858 book.
That SP65 looks really nice, but as Devlec says, over-priced. I have seen the one SP66. The owner brought it to show and tell at a TOREX show a few years ago.

In the ebay description "ice rink mirrored fields" - best description ever, love it! I believe the seller is also listing other 1858 specimen coinage
