This coin seems to be perfectly struck. It seems like a proof coin. The appearance and the rims seems to have characteristics of a proof dime? Please don't burst my bubble and confirm my assumption to be true:)

Im no expert, but the rim on the obverse seems way too uneven to be a proof

Generally, not always tho, the rim is a wire-like formation consistent in size, made this way by absolute correct alignment of the dies...anvil die here is a slight MAD, also, even with that much wear the fields should have some polished effect left.

Not a proof. Rims are not squared. It also looks like the surfaces were never mirrored.
