I posted this one in the seated liberty post, and was asked my opinion on the grade.....rather than just submitting my opinion I decided to post it here, and give everybody who would like to practice their grading skills an opportunity to voice their opinion. Remember.....its a raw coin, so there's no right or wrong.....should be interesting, and, hopefully, educational.

I agree with Coinfrog. the reflective light is washing out the surfaces. if I go just by what I see it could be anywhere between PF63 and 66

I just can't tell from the pictures.

Rims suggest proof, though.

The picture is over exposed which makes it very hard to grade this coin or even say whether or not it is a Proof. I can't really comment on it. It could be very good or it could be polished with artificial toning.

Here is a Proof Legend Obverse Liberty Seated dime.

high wire rim and strong bold strike on both sides is what I'm using
