Got some crud going on ,not sure if it's corrosive . I would first give it an Acetone bath ,try to loosen that stuff up. Then give it a Verdi-care treatment .

VF30, as I can only see 2 diamonds and a couple unsightly hits on the profile. Too much wear on the hair details for this to be XF/EF. Corroded a bit, too.

EF sharpness with minor environmental damage that might come off with a treatment of the product others have noted. I have never used it because I don't fool with coins very much, except to remove surface dirt or at times PVC.
