Looks like an ICCS MS65 ex Landon coin.
Now it's properly MS64
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

I think this is an MS65 coin graded as 64 because of the noise.

@TCH: sorry about the noise; should have optimized it here than at Flickr which seems to have applied a generous amount of sharpness/micro-contrast to the photos.

@DBM: what gave the Landon pedigree away?

The odds were with me osmiumblue.
Most of the 1900 & 1900H in MS65 for sale recently are ex-Landon.
Glad to see it crossed at 65 for you.
