I have been searching cents to get a complete set of memorial cents from roll hunting in AU or MS condition. Today, I finally filled the last hole in the 1975-2013 Whitman folder, a 1977

My-First-Completed-Set-From-Circulation

I will continue to upgrade these as I find better conditions ones in rolls and continue searching for the 1959-1974 cents. They are currently only halfway complete. It took around $100 in cents to fill this. I do want to upgrade the folder to a Dansco when I get the set completed.

That's awesome! I love the Whitman folders, remind me of my youth. Dansco's and Caps are pretty, but nothing beats pushing the coin into the hole. Fun times...
Rest in Peace

Very nice! Also glad you are getting them out of that Whitman soon. They are fun to fill, but over time its easier for the coins to lose their luster.

With currently circulating Australian commemoratives, pulling coins from circulation is the ONLY way I collect. All coins obtained at face value.
You only pay extra money for the album.
Currently have about 170 coins.
