There is an add on our local "Garage sale" Facebook page. They want to sell a token lot for $10.00. I know nothing about tokens so could use a little help.

Here is a photo of what they have. Sorry about quality, sellers photo not mine.

Does anyone see anything worth picking up?

Found-These-On-Facebook...please-Help

I can understand if quality of phot isn't good enough to tell what they may be.

Thanks...Mont
Rest in Peace

Nothing is jumping out at me saying "Buy me!"

It looks like there are maybe 75 tokens there so maybe $7.50 would make it a more attractive deal.

Basically, if you think you'd have ten dollars worth of fun going through them -- get them. If not...they'll just end up taking up space.

The silver tokens with center holes are either Washington or Oklahoma sales tax tokens from the 1930's. The rest are a mish mash of more recent play tokens, wooden nickels and other low value items. They are so terribly common that they are virtually worthless.

FWIW I counted 98 round objects with 2 unidentifiable odd shaped objects, so that makes 100. To pay 10c each is pretty cheap, but be prepared for some duds.

There are half a dozen that may turn out to be metal buttons.

For $ 10 I would pick them up. Few hours worth of time looking them up.
