Small but significant scratch on the 'V' doesn't help, so MS63. It would have got 64 or 65 without it.
Nevertheless, a pleasing and desirable coin.

I wonder about the toning (AT?) and would grade the coin MS64.

Pretty darn close to high MS . A couple of very small hits keeps it at MS-65 .

Lovely Natural toning, much better than average even strike. MS-65, which doesn't mean perfect, but still a high quality example, which this coin can righteously claim.

MS64, attractively toned, but a soft strike and a few marks and dings keep it out of Gem territory to me..

I thought it was a proof when I first saw it, still not sure. The bust looks somewhat frosted to me. The color looks like normal toning and very nice at that. I think it should get MS64.
