1884-CC GSA Morgan Dollar For Grading (Vam 4B)

Another one of the four that I retook photos of today.
How would you grade this one? It has very clean fields, but the frost also has a fair bit of disturbance on the high points. My personal grade is MS 63. It is a late die state strike, which, if taken into account, might get it to a 64, or perhaps not.

63 due to the extensive obverse luster breaks and mark across cheek. Very lustrous and pretty coin.

Ouch on the obverse frost disturbance. Still a technical 63, but I liked your other one more. Still a lovely wheel.

Don't forget, those frost breaks mean a ton more to a digital sensor than they ever will to your eye, in hand.
