Looks like george has slight wear on his cheek, and there is a fair amount of hits, all in all, i'd say au-50 although it could easily be low ms.
Now someone who knows what they're talking about can give you a real grade!

MS60-61. Pretty baggy but I'm not seeing actual wear. Better photos?

I agree - this coin has been cleaned poorly.

Cleaned, maybe EF (there is always a reason, why a seemingly high value coin isn't certified)

The last pic I attempted to just show the actual obverse wear without the _ah_ "noise"

The hairlines shows that it was harshly cleaned,..but I don't see any actual wear.

It probably had some toning and someone thought that a good scrubbing would make it look "much" better..

Sad to see a 45 mishandled like that..

I have a 1945 graded AU58 by NGC. I post a picture to perhaps help in the grading of the original poster's coin picture.

Grade doesn't much matter once it's been cleaned.

If you are happy with the coin for the amount you paid that is all that matters. I only get buyers remorse if I later feel I paid too much in relation to how much I am enjoying the coin, if that makes any sense.
