I picked this Half Dime up a couple weeks ago and wanted to see what the CCF Members had to say about her in comparison to what PCGS graded her as. Thank you for your interest and comments!

Very pretty/ I would guess AU 50 area depending on actual luster. Little scruffy on reverse but still a solid coin. congrats.

FS-302 from the looks of it. If the date included a kitchen sink, it'd be repunched too. I'm inclined to agree with your grade, although nothing between AU55-MS62 would surprise me with this one. There. How's that for decisiveness?

Well struck, MS 60 or better, cool rpd. Are the scratches above Half and below Dime on the holder or the coin?

I don't see any wear. Few marks, just those wispy hairlines in reverse fields. Target toning is very attractive and looks original (or close enough). I'm not seeing luster but I presume it's there, just not apparent in these images. MS-64 seems very possible.

MS62 Too many little scratches and dings for a 63.

Reviewing the pics and especially the reverse scratches, I'll drop to 63.

Perhaps a minimal rub on the upper leg, otherwise I'd say MS-63. Wonderful toning.

AU-58 or MS-63. Very well struck. Really on the fence about the grade, I keep thinking there's a slight rub and then think "Nah". Probably has been cleaned at one point but has retoned nicely and now looks market acceptable.
