Is this A DDR 1939 Nickel? Note the M,O,N, and F. All letters seem to be thicker than usual.

No, he whole MONTICELLO IS visible doubled, letters at all increased in size.

Yes, On a true DDR it's very obviously doubled, plus I do believe the "FIVE CENTS" is doubled also.

It looks like a worn die and a heavily circulated coin. It would be nice to see the whole coin. I find it helps a lot.

Here is a worn later die state die with on a BU nickel:

Note on your coin, the splits on the 'T' on cents are missing. Your coin is just a circulated coin example. Not a DDR.
