Strike on the shield appears weak, but I'm guessing 65FH. Beautiful example.

it's a GTG battle royal.
I wish the field luster wasn't masked as I really use those for separating unc from circ.
I don't see this circulated.
So 64. Obviously this is PCGS so it might get a FH.
You wouldn't get a FH on this one from NGC.

Far from a quarter expert, but I'd have Tom say the reverse is an over polished die or a weak strike. Usually the high points wear first, and it's looks like there's a deep dip in the eagle's wing. Obverse: 65 Reverse 63 Net: 64

Small flaws are often forgiven on attractively toned coins.

looks ms but the left side of the reverse is weakly struck. this is severe on the wing on the left side of the coin. I would look for a better struck example.
