Any opinions on the value for Fill set of Jefferson nickels with '38(double Monticello)
'39(full steps) to current year.. All in display books, all minutes, and all in VF-Mint State? I appreciate any opinions.

That is an impossible question to answer. You could however look through all these sold set prices realized, see which lot sold that is closest in description to what you have for an idea. https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_fr...kels&_sop=16

Agree. We would need much more info than you've given us.

to the CCF.

We need photographs or a much better description of the key date coins condition to truly help.

Minimum value is 5 cents per coin ... and can only go up from there based on condition and relative rarity.

There are NO expensive coins in the entire Jefferson nickel series ... notwithstanding a few full-step MS examples which are condition rarities pursed by registry set hunters.

Tell us more about what you have ... photos would be most helpful of the coins you believe have value.

Full steps make many uncirculated examples quite valuable. But the reason they are valuable is that there are few of them.

As the others have said, it's pretty impossible without pictures. Even then, the price guides vary a lot in their values. Also, many dates are notorious for their poor strikes on one or both sides. 1955, 1964-D, and 1983-P immediately come to mind for me.
CRH Nickeloholic. 1,600,000 nickels searched in eight years! Have found FOUR complete Jefferson sets!
