Looking to find out where this coin is from (I'm guessing Middle East) and what year it potentially was created. Trying to do some research to find out this coins value, if any.

We may need to see the other side.

In the future, please crop your images to remove all the blank space around the coin. That way the actual coin can show more detail.

@Kfielden17, first welcome to CCF. Second, that looks like a half rupee from Bhutan, most likely made in the late 19th or (more likely) early 20th Century. Hopefully someone else here can provide a little more certainty to this attribution, but here is a similar coin that was posted to CCF several years ago:

The Bhutan half rupees are usually copper; this one seems to be silver, so it is more likely from the predecessor state, Cooch Behar.

From my experience with "fire-and-forget" smartphone coin photography, this coin is copper but looks like silver because of the lighting or white balance.
