That 1887 is gorgeous... I cannot figure out why that coin is not a MS-67 grade or higher, the eye-appeal alone should have given it the bump...

Myself, an astute Canadian collector, and a knowledgeable Canadian dealer were sitting around the other day wondering the same thing. The consensus is that PCGS has never put a Vicky cent into a 67 holder and they didn't want to start now. Some day they may get another chance at it.
