Multible struck, off center rotated reverse Lincoln Cent? Heck, I dont know. Its unique, I know that

Looks like a vise job to me. If you see under "America" the text there is reversed, imprinted from being squeezed with another coin.

So somebody literally put two pennies together, squeezed them in a vice which resulted into this coin

Yes, in a vice or two coins set on top of each other then hit with a hammer.

Looks like a couple of sets of columns on the reverse. It looks like someone took Two Cents and placed them between two pieces of wood. Then smacked them with a big hammer. They didn't like the result, then moved one of the cents, smacked it again. The second time it left a rim mark on the reverse. So I feel there was no vise used on this one. The highest devices transferred on your coin. If any letters would have been on your coin, they would appear mirrored. Just someone playing around damaging a coin. Spendable.
