I don't plan as many mint purchases this year as in the past. I am thinking all the ASE's and the silver proof set and silver quarter set. In the past I have also purchased all the coins in uncirculated as well but I think I will drop those.

Foxwoods Man, Where are you getting pricing from? The last time I looked (that is just now) it looks like the Mint has only released pricing for the Prf ASE (up $2 like you said). Has the Mint released pricing for the other issues somewhere?

I feel as you do but will get the unc set as well as I always do. I don't know why, I mainly only collect PMs. It's those darn P Pucks that will kill me, but why quit now? I certainly don't see any gold coming my way from the mint this year.

Just about Nothing is free...... The Mint has gone from a unique coin go to, Silver dollars, Proof or Unc sets, to a Home Depot of most anything coin related.........Still, Love to collect what I like Direct from them!!!

Foxwoods Man,
Thanks for the price list!
Is this something that is released to dealers/volume buyers before the general public? Those prices aren't on the Mint's website that I can find and I haven't seen any press releases with them either.

I wish the mint would have the selection Canada does, I could do without their premiums though. The grass isn't always greener. At least with yours there will be things you like even if you dislike a lot of it, we get a handful of things a year that just keep getting repacked which really isn't exciting.

Honestly I'm a bit surprised that the ASE pucks stayed at 140 for so long. I guess everyone's costs go up all the time, if you believe what you hear, but they're already making a hefty profit over spot on these guys as it is. I guess that's where the "free" shipping has gone, as some of you have implied.
