What does the reverse look like?

Also if you have the weight, that would be helpful. (see if the edges of the coin are the same size as a normal one)

It weighs 2.53 grams and the back is in great condition. The N and T are slightly less raised as well. I know one thing this isn't due to west because edges are raised and barely worn

And that is a strange Lincoln Cent - like you said the rims are there. Maybe a weak strike or a ton of grease filled the die
