I found a 1968 d dime with a Wheat penny on the back. Has regular wear and tear for its age. Any idea on value?

We really need a picture (both sides and the edge) to definitely know what you have. Probably a Magician's coin though.

Something like those sell at magic shops for about $10 to $25.

@Ab2373, first welcome to CCF. Second, I agree with the others that pics of your coin are important, although it does seem likely that you have found a so-called Magician's coin.

Ah ok very interesting. From the edge, it looks like both coins were ground down and then bonded together to form a Magician's coin. We see this style sometimes, but more often the host coin will be hollowed out and the other coin is slid into that space. Yours is worth saving for the novelty--very nice pick-up!

The back of the dime was hollowed out and a Wheat cent was milled down to fit inside. There's a guy on ebay that makes them and sells them as a novelty

~1 Even tho it is a novelty...I would hang on to it just for the fun of it.

I received a double tails Kennedy half dollar from a bank one time. The Magician coins are a novelty, but are worth far more than face value to someone who wants one.
