After countless hours of sorting coins, I was about to start on my quarters. I went to the safe and low and behold, another coffee can of wheaties...Crap I was so looking forward to seeing a different coin. So I sorted out the pennies, by decade then by year. Just finished sorting the 1940's and boy was I mad, not a single 1943 penny.. "What the heck is going on" I said to myself, "not a single 1943 penny" as I was getting madder and madder ..THEN it dawned on me, No copper pennies in 1943, all my steel pennies are kept in a separate bag. Then I called myself a stupid dummy poopy head for getting all worked up...... LOL

Maybe I need to take a break from looking at coins.
Rest in Peace

Yep good idea. Take a nice break and then come back refreshed. The coins will all still be there when you do.

We all have bad days.

Now, where did you put that bag of steelies?

I can't tell you how many times I put something in a 'safe place' and completely forgot where that place is.
