If you go to the Where'sGeorge.com site you'll see that they stick to one dollar bills because that's the one that has George on it.
The stamps that are used vary.
If you sign up, you can let them know when and where you got that bill. I signed up when I found one once. They do not pester you with emails at all. It's just for fun.

I would exchange this bill at the bank to be sent back to the treasury and destroyed. It's defaced IMO.

Accordingly to a bill lookup, that bill was entered in South Dakota back in 2013. If you have this bill right now, it would make a nice sleeper woken up in the event you were to hit it.
Also, Ron, knowingly taking WG bills to a bank is against site rules so I wouldn't recommend doing that if I were you. Why go through the trouble just to ruin other people's fun? We all have hobbies, and while you may not like what we do on WG, that bill is nowhere near defaced since I've seen other bills with a heavier marking style!

Most WG members are knowledgeable in Numismatics, and usually mark notes with zero premium over face. Typically when they find something nice, they'll auction it off or take offers. No harm, no foul.

I have found several and entered them on the site. Why send them in to be destroyed. IMO it's fun to enter them and find where the bill has been and how far it has traveled. Spend it and sent it back into the wild.

It's a fun site and can be a total time sink if you're not careful. By all means, enter it and spend.
