Need better CROPPED photos and a better description. Any markings as to manufacturer or fineness would help.

@LD, first welcome to CCF. Second, yes a better pic (of both sides) would help us to identify anything about this charm. When I blow up your pic, the bottom part could be a globe, but it is too pixelated to know for sure.
