I want to add for those who don't realize, the mark beneath the shield and to the right of the N in one are die clash marks not scratches. Likely also for the marks by OF and STATES on the obverse. I think it represents an amateur effort to clean that dark spot in the center which is still visible. Unc details. I think you overpaid since you asked.
