Those photos are really hard to judge from. Looks high AU, but I do not like the splotchy toning which is almost always an indicator of "applied toning". This isn't one I'd probably buy myself. It's pretty, but I'd not be comfortable with the color, regardless of TPG (yes, I actually said that).

Hard to judge luster but looks mint state. Toning looks OK to me, attractive actually. Enough contact marks to limit grade to MS-62. Nice Arrows type coin.

There is some wear on the high points. AU55 - This one is going to look special in hand. I looked at buying the coin. The only concern I had was the light scratches in the field. To find nice Seated AU toners with some color is very difficult.
