Many of the experts are in the US, so most are just waking up. Have patience.

Some of the lines look like they could be scratches.
It is hard to tell from the photos.

If they are incuse, then they are coin damage. If they are raised they would be a die issue. But closer images would help a lot more.

I'm sorry, but these pictures aren't gonna cut it. Much better pictures will be needed. All I see at the moment is Die Deterioration from a worn out die and possibly a scratch on the obverse.

Keep in mind when we say incuse, we mean the depth of the mark. On circulation damage that happens after the coin was struck, the metal will move/wave away from the contact mark. New ones will think this is raised, but miss the deep ditch that caus the metal to raise. Here is a side by side of such a case:

Note one occurred during the strike, the other after the strike. Do you see the difference? The wave from the metal moving? This shows it happened after the strike.

These are just scratches and definitely not an error (Post Strike Damage). The doubling that you're seeing is NOT from a Doubled Die. It's from heavy Die Deterioration. Worth face value. http://www.error-ref.com/die-deteri...ion-doubling
