So I ran across this amazing specimen but can't find anything like it anywhere as an error but I'm almost sure it is. On the obverse side there is a perfect circle you can clearly see and on the reverse side a nearly straight lint with a "T" above the E.. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also the color is almost silver as you can see in the pics.

To me it looks like a coin scratch from the image. If it is, then it is a face value coin.

On the obverse, that circular line is damage usually caused by a coin rolling machine.
On the reverse, if the line is raised above the coin surface, the die may have had a crack. Worth a little above face value for that, but the damage on the front would outweigh any added premium I am afraid.
The color change is fairly normal.

To CCF! This is Post Strike Damage (Happened after it left the U.S. Mint). This is not an error, but damage caused by something scratching the coin. Worth face value since it's damage.

Obv is damage from a coin rolling machine, reverse I'm not sure. Might be a scratch, might be a lamination.
