I found this half dollar coin rolling and I have so far brought it to two professional they have split opinions one says it happened at the mint and the other says it happened after can you guys let me know what you think who coin is missing the B in Liberty and it's kind of smashed there but the outside rim and the back isn't

We could best help if you take the coin out of the flip - and show subsequent full images of both sides (obverse and reverse).

Lots of experts here - you will get your answers if you can provide the photos.

My non-professional opinion, from where I'm sitting says PMD. Others (much more knowledgeable then me) will chime in.

Hmmmm, the area/anomaly going over the B looks raised from those pictures.

They have in the Middle where the Beast post to be or raised line but on each side of it it dips down to below flush
