I'm on my last straw trying to identify this coin. I searched through hundreds on wildwinds and no luck. Any help would be duly appreciated.

Your coin seems to be RIC III, 301. See snippet below.

Dang how did you find that so quickly? Experience I suppose. For the life of me I couldn't make out PACI on the reverse or I probably could have found it. Thanks buddy.

I didn't read PACI immediately, though I thought the reverse type might be Pax based on her attributes. I went directly to RIC and used the date TRP XXIII which narrowed it down to a very few possibilities. Also helpful were two big mugs of coffee

@mkmk139, first welcome to CCF. Second, you have just seen first hand the power of CCF--dozens of experienced numismatists from around the world hanging out and wanting to help others with their questions about coins. I hope we get to see some other coins from your collection--even if you have already attributed them.

@Spence wow!! I'm super new to all this but I have a deep interest in ancient history. It's good to see so many knowledgeable people who could identify such pieces.
