I just found this set my grandparents gave me when I first started getting into coins. Somehow this ended up in a box I kept documents such as SS card, birth certificate and other personal documents since I joined the Marines 26 years ago. I was cleaning out the old stuff I don't need anymore and found it hiding in a folder behind several papers. Edited by Canefan 08/29/2018 1:56 pm

Thanks all for the comments. It was a nice surprise to find. My Grandfather had an old cigar box full of coins from around the world that he had picked up in his travels during his military career. That cigar box is what lit the fire to start collecting as a kid. My grandparents were a huge help in me completing my circulated Whiteman Lincoln Cent 1941-1974 coin folder.

Lots of fun to try and find the set in AU or better roll searching!

Great that you had it all this time and forgot it. And it still looks like the day you got it. Nice find.
