I posted about my "Blue" 1876 Philadelphia International Exposition Admission Ticket
on 9/13 a few posts back and mentioned seeing variants and this one below is my latest and makes a nice companion ticket.

I have since seen these without an overprint and red serial number and blue serial numbers with the red FIFTY CENTS overprint too.
There are also some with different letters in the engraving, where mine here has an A, I have seen these with an H in the design. Looks like a fun little project, I may pick them up as they come to me cheap.

I did at least have to have a RED and BLUE.

Here's my previous write up, no need to repeat what I wrote there.

Added a gold 5-peso to my Mexico collection. Gold price keeps getting better, if buying that is!

True. I have not gold, but I have something on my wish list. If I ever see it cheap enough I might have to bite.

Best phone pic I've seen in awhile. Great pesos! Yes, I think (for me) it's a good time to buy gold & silver.

A beautiful red and brown 1887 Victoria Half Penny that Herb, my mail carrier, brought today.

I've also posted it in the British coin section, but thought I'd show it off here as well.

Okay, don't groan, this is a Dominican Republic 25 peso coin (worth about US 50 cents face) from 2016 that my son brought back for me from a family vacation there (bargain rates, quality venue). I tried not to bog him down with specifics, and he returned with 4 uncirc specimens of this and a small group of circulated coinage.

He revealed that the locals were more interested in exchanging larger amounts of US banknotes for Dominican folding, and they pretty much thought he was nuts for wanting lower face coins.

I apologize for the angle shot. I'm working with a desk lamp and ceiling light

I already posted this coin on World variety and error coins sub-forum but might aswell post it here. I don't usually collect error coins but I had to have this one. It was auction win and good news is that I'll get it earlier than I thought (tomorrow).

Double struck 50 Penniä Finland. Yearh might be 1908.
