On CCF, a Morgan dollar is considered a Classic coin, so I moved your post to the appropriate section for the proper attention.

Please review the forum section descriptions, so posts are made in the correct section.

Can you take clearer photos of the obverse? It's very difficult to get an idea from these photos.

From what I can see though, it looks like it may be a gem coin, potentially a 64/65, maybe higher if the fields are as clean as it looks like.

Doesn't cut 63 for me, too much obstruction and chatter on the coin. MS-62(+). I'm over-harsh on morgans, which is why I can't collect them.

Believe 64 and possible PL designation.

Different lighting will help the picture(s) of this coin.

IMO it's a 63 at a minimum, maybe 64, obverse probably isn't frosty enough to be PL.

Definitely not AU.

Is it in a GSA holder?

The GSA Carson City Morgan dollar holder accurately labels each coin as an "uncirculated silver dollar". Grades vary widely based on contact marks and abrasions. Some are pretty scruffy. This piece looks better than average, likely MS-64. Surfaces may qualify as proof like.

Not the best photos to grade from but MS-64 is very possible.

I thought pl and dmpl were distance coin would pick up and reflect object, 4 for pl and 6 for dmpl, my understanding is that not all will have a frosty appearance
