I received this sheet for Christmas. It came directly from Washington D.C. in person. The bills are series 2013. Are they worth any more than $32?

Personally, I love sheets, but unfortunately very few command a substantial premium. It's a little over $60 from the BEP, so it's worth more than face.

Is there a pre-made frame available through anyone?

Measure it and go to any Walmart, Hobby Lobby or craft store and buy a pre made glass frame slightly larger than your measurements. You can then frame it yourself.

It is not rocket science.

Some of my friends interchange metaphors....for this they would say, "It's not rocket surgery "

Very nice gift! A small premium as others have mentioned.

I would buy a frame as well.

A basic frame from any box store would be OK, but... a nice frame with a professional, bevelled mat would be even nicer.

Of course, you could always cut the sheet and spend the notes... but that would be a shame.
